Samos Spritz ($16)
Metaxa 7 Star brandy meets peach bitters and bubbly cava. Light, citrusy, and just sweet enough.
Our Greek Roots ($16)
Rakomelo (that’s honey-spiced spirit) mixed with ginger ale and black walnut bitters. Warm, slightly smoky, and great for sipping slowly.
Olive Branch Martini ($16)
Kástra Elión vodka shaken with olive brine and a rosemary sprig. Briny, herbal, and the kind of drink that pairs perfectly with salty feta.
Food Made for Sharing
Our kitchen crew added three dishes you won’t find any other month:
Patzarosalata ($14)
Roasted beets tossed with oranges, manouri cheese, and walnuts. Tangy, earthy, and bright enough to balance richer plates.
Roasted Chicken with Hilopites ($26)
Juicy chicken over Greek egg noodles, smothered in roasted garlic tomato sauce and melted kasseri cheese. Feeds two or makes excellent leftovers.
Portokalopita ($12)
Phyllo dough soaked in orange syrup, baked until crispy-edged, and served with vanilla ice cream. Sweet without being cloying.
